Empire Adjustable Cable Crossover is the smoothest and most solidly built Adjustable Cable Crossover you will find. It also one of the only models that comes with 70 Kg selectorised cast iron weight stacks on each side.

The pulleys have integrated precision bearings that ensure smooth performance and reliability.  Adjustable pulleys can also swivel a full 180 degrees for even greater range of motion. The pulleys can be adjusted to multiple heights for even greater functionality. The heavy duty cross beam also features a multi grip chin-up bar.
The cables used are aircraft quality and have 2000 lb tensile strength.
